Smoothie

Ingredients

​

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cups blueberries

1/2 frozen medium banana

1tsp cocoa powder

1/2 small avocado

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup  ice 
1/2  cup Raw Vegan Cheese Cake        (Root Cakes)


Optional
1 scoop vegan protein powder

Stay Rooted Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup spinach or baby kale
1 cup coconut water

1/4 cucumber

1 tsp fresh ginger

1 stalk celery

1/2 small apple
1/2 cup  ice 
1/2  cup Raw Vegan Cheese Cake

(Root Cakes)

1 sprig fresh mint (optional)


Optional
